Chef Sanjay Vishwakarma
I am a graduate of Catering College in India and after spending ten years working in India’s finest and most awarded Hotel Chain Oberoi (www.oberoi.com) , I came to Dublin in 2003 and set up Rasam in Glasthule, Dun laoghaire. I attributed to the winning of the Best Ethnic Restaurant Award for Rasam for three consecutive years. The restaurant has also been acclaimed by various newspapers and magazine throughout Ireland.
In 2011, I opened Indie Dhaba which adapts a Tapas style food concept and is located in Dublin City Centre. I was then offered by Michael Wiley to take over Miss Wong, which was an offer that I could not refuse.
I am going to work hard at Sanjay’s Kitchen to make it a successful restaurant which captures Indian Cultures and taste. India is a country like no other in terms of variety and cultural diversity.
